1 Holiday Price - your quoted holiday price is guaranteed for the agreed
letting period once a deposit of 25% of the total invoice value has been
received. The deposit is non-refundable and we strongly advise you to
insure your holiday as soon as your booking is confirmed. The deposit is
payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to
arrival. Full payment is due if the booking is within 8 weeks of arrival.

2 Check In/Check Out - we will be as flexible as possible, but normally
check in is between 3.00pm and 6.00pm on your day of arrival. Check
out on your day of departure is 10.00am, unless by prior arrangement.

3. Changeover Days - Changeover days are on Saturday or Sunday,
depending on the accommodation reserved. Other changeover days may be possible, by prior arrangement, except in July and August.

4 Breakage/Cleaning Deposit - a breakage/cleaning deposit of 250.00€ per gite is added to the final payment. This will be refunded within 10 working days from the end of your stay, less the cost of any breakage/damage or exceptional cleaning. (See clauses 6 & 10)

5 Sleeping Capacity - you must include ALL members of your party on
the booking form. Under no circumstances may the declared number of
guests be exceeded, unless agreed in advance. We reserve the right to
deny access to persons not named on the booking form.

6 Care of the Gite - we ask that you respect the property,its contents
and all amenities provided. You are requested to dispose of all foodstuffs
on your departure and to leave the gite in a clean condition. We reserve
the right to charge a one off cleaning charge of 75.00€ to cover any
exceptional cleaning requirements at the end of your stay.

7 Electricity, Gas and Water - the cost of electricity, gas and water is
included in your rental charge.

8 Linen - all gite linen is included in your rental charge. Towels for use
around the swimming pool are available for hire. We ask that gite towels
are not used around the pool or for sunbathing.

9 Swimming Pool - the pool is normally open from mid May to mid September,
between the hours of 9.30am and 7.00pm. Parents are responsible for
the supervision of their children using the pool area. Children under the
age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no
life guard on duty.

10 Barbeques - each gite is equipped with a barbeque which for safety
reasons should only be used in the designated position. Barbeques should be cleaned before leaving or a cleaning charge of 15.00€ will be deducted from the deposit. (See clause 4)

11 Code of Conduct - we want our guests to enjoy a relaxing and
enjoyable time at La Chevaline. We therefore will view anti-social
behaviour very seriously, and in extreme circumstances, we reserve
the right to terminate rental bookings with immediate effect and no
refund.

12 Cancellation - if you cancel your booking with us, the following
payments will become due :-
      Within 8 weeks of arrival - 100% of invoice amount
      Between 8 and 12 weeks of arrival - 50% of invoice amount
      More than 12 weeks of arrival - Deposit forfeited.

If we have to cancel your booking, any monies paid will be refunded
in full. We shall try and find you alternative accommodation, but will
assume no further liability.
